We both enjoyed it, the place is simply stunning and well-maintained and suited us fine.

The staffs were absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was incredible. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk from the harbor and close to all the amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet was mind-blowing, with a wide variety of delicious options to satisfy both Western and Asian tastes. The pool area was super relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. We also enjoyed the convenient transportation services provided by the hotel, making it easy to get around. our stay was jaw-droppingly good and we can't wait to come back in the near future!

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel was in a more relaxed location in comparison to places such as Kuta. While certaintly not in the 'luxury' category it provided all the services and facilities necessary.

The hotel is a bit 'jaded', 'tired', 'old'. The rooms need renovation, especially the bathroom, with many fixtures not quite in working order.

Central location next to the big Sanur shopping centre, and the presentable beach, it was in a very nice area. The breakfast food was GOOD, different choices to eat like fresh bread, pancakes, eggs, and meats.

It offers an ideal and easy location and has committed staff.

We got excellent value for our money at Prime Plaza Hotel in Bali. The room was lovely, clean, and well-furnished, with special touches for our honeymoon. The staff treated us amazingly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, close to the public beach and golf courses. The hotel grounds, including the pool area and lobby, were beautifully maintained.

The morning meal could have been better with warmer buffet options.

We booked a premier room for one night and had a really good stay. the garden view was an unexpected bonus. the location was perfect and easy, within walking distance of Matahari Terbit Beach. There was a poolside restaurant nearby.

Had a fine stay for 12 nights, it met every demand. Came in Sanur to relax and have fun, this low-budget hotel was excellent place for doing it. The venue location was good and stunning by gardens. And we were close to the human beach, the boats to Nusa Penida and other islands and shopping areas or restaurants.

I booked a queen room with a bottle of water and a water cooler, and the staff here was always polite and welcoming.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at a hotel in Sanur. The staff went above and beyond to assist me when I realized I had left my passport behind. The duty manager personally returned it to me and even made multiple attempts to contact me about it. This level of customer service was truly exceptional. The hotel itself was lovely, with a huge and refreshing pool. The breakfast was excellent as well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Sanur.
